4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
- For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the receipt of your return without tracking.
5. Refund Process
